Autobiography

Ever since I was little, I knew that I wanted to become a great designer. What was challenging to me was figuring out which industry to try to do this in. Until I enrolled at the Academy of Art University's Advertising program I was always in odd jobs in the design industry. By talking with one of the directors at the Advertising program I knew I had found the answer I had always been looking for. I was going to be an Art Director in Advertising. Right away along with studying advertising I jumped into the industry. I landed a position as a wide eyed intern at Doremus Advertising, and then a Junior Art Director position with Goodby Silverstein and Partners.

I was born and raised in Rome 'till I was ten-years old, then later moved to the island of Malta. I spent two years in Malta transitioning to the English language before moving to Boston. Here I received my high school diploma and graduated from Northeastern University with a degree in Graphic Design. A few weeks after graduating I moved to San Francisco.

In my eyes San Francisco was the most artistic environment  I'd ever seen. It had the charm of Rome. After a year of freelancing here, I decided it was time to find my calling and pursue an MFA degree.
